These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and pak68 governing your use of the pak68 platform, including all betting, casino gaming, and account services. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any pak68 service.

Each person may hold only one pak68 account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
All transactions on pak68 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to winnings in your jurisdiction.
By registering an account or using any pak68 service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By accessing the pak68 Platform, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent button during the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any Bet or Wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the pak68 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak68 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to the pak68 Platform and all gaming and betting activities are strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pak68 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
Age Enforcement: pak68 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any person who provides false information to circumvent the 21+ age requirement commits fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities. No winnings will be paid to any account found to have been opened by an underage person.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pak68 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak68 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit all associated balances and winnings, and permanently ban the User from the Platform upon detection of duplicate Accounts.
To register an Account on pak68, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a unique password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
pak68 services are made available to persons in eligible jurisdictions only. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pak68 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pak68 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all locations. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and bear all responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
pak68 may require identity verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (including CNIC or equivalent) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. pak68 will never request your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify pak68 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. pak68 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as conducted by you unless you have notified pak68 of a breach in accordance with this clause.
pak68 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and optional SMS two-factor authentication. Notwithstanding these measures, the security of your Account depends materially on your compliance with the obligations in this Section.
pak68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak68 does not accept cryptocurrency payments or foreign currency transfers.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Funds deposited through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes during normal banking hours. pak68 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which pak68 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds to the Account or to accounts verified in your name during KYC. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds and successful KYC verification. pak68 targets processing times of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals under standard conditions. pak68 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawals above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawal limits — minimum and maximum per transaction and per period — are set by pak68 and communicated within the Account dashboard. VIP tier members may access enhanced withdrawal limits in accordance with the pak68 VIP Programme terms. pak68 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.
By depositing to pak68, you confirm that the funds deposited are legally obtained and are your own. You agree not to deposit funds obtained through illegal means. pak68 operates anti-money laundering controls and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time in compliance with its obligations under applicable international gaming license conditions.
All Bets and Wagers placed on the pak68 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, event, or market as displayed on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. pak68 reserves the right to amend game-specific rules at any time with reasonable notice.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results from governing bodies of the relevant sport (including but not limited to the Pakistan Cricket Board, International Cricket Council, and equivalent authorities for other sports). pak68 reserves the right to suspend markets, void Bets, or refuse Bets at its absolute discretion where there is evidence of market manipulation, data error, or events that render settlement impossible or materially unfair. Live betting markets close at pak68's discretion and may be suspended without notice.
Casino games available on pak68 — including live dealer Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, and slot titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, for live dealer games, real physical equipment under controlled studio conditions. All RTP (Return to Player) figures are independently verified and reflect theoretical long-term payout percentages, not guaranteed results on any individual session or wager.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, communication failure, or any other fault that results in a Bet or game outcome that is manifestly incorrect or that could not have occurred under normal operating conditions, pak68 reserves the right to void the affected Bet(s) and return the staked amount to the User's Wallet. pak68 shall not be liable for any winnings arising from manifest technical errors. Palpable pricing errors on sportsbook markets — including odds displayed that are obviously incorrect — will be voided without liability to pak68.
pak68 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and minimum odds conditions where applicable.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the bonus terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
Bonus Abuse Policy: pak68 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple Accounts, through collusion, or through betting patterns designed to exploit the bonus rather than for genuine gaming purposes. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage strategies applied to bonus-funded play.
pak68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Employees and agents of pak68 are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak68 Platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the pak68 Platform — including but not limited to the pak68 name and logo, game graphics, interface design, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of pak68.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak68 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pak68 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
pak68 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pak68's reasonable control may result in Platform downtime. pak68 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability. Where a Bet cannot be settled due to Platform unavailability, the staked amount will be returned to the Wallet.
Nothing in these Terms limits pak68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
pak68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a means to generate income or recover financial losses.

Access to the pak68 Platform is denied to self-excluded persons. Any person who circumvents a self-exclusion to access the Platform is in breach of these Terms, and any winnings accrued during a self-exclusion period will be voided.
pak68 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: a User has breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 months.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pak68 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your primary verified payment method subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account is classified as inactive if no login or transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 24 months. pak68 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee on inactive Account balances where permitted by applicable rules. You will be notified before any inactivity fees are applied.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, account balances, or any other matter, you must notify pak68 via the live chat support channel within seven (7) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. pak68 will investigate and provide a written response within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pak68's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under the terms of pak68's international gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the support team.
pak68 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the pak68 Privacy Policy, which is available at pak68.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
pak68 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
pak68 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pak68 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or via registered contact details. The updated Terms will display the effective date of the revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak68 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
These Terms are written and communicated in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
